  Besides having fair prices and interesting jewelry in their cases, they are personable and kind. They have a way of making you feel that you are their only customer - that the repair or redesign of your piece is important. ~ I brought them a pair of diamond earrings I had in my drawer for years that I was unable to wear due to damage. They took the time to think creatively and drew a new design for my approval.Three days later, my old favorite earrings became my new favorite necklace! ~ I brought them my mother's beautiful gold filigree wedding band that was cut off her finger years ago. I just wanted it soldered close. They studied and replicated the complicated design - no one can spot the repair! I LOVE how they care and respect the pieces brought in for repair or redesign. They've more than earned my trust.
