  Cashier at self checkout didn't seem to know what she was doing. She couldn't correct her mistake and we had to go to customer service to get it corrected. Also waiting for a price check from the plumbing Dept and no one was there. On a positive note, the gal at customer service was wonderful and knowledgeable.

  Multiple issues with this store. Special order shower doors were not ordered properly which caused this to go from a 2 week lead time to 6 weeks already. I called this store multiple times to follow up and got the run around, only once receiving a return call and on one occasion Keith in Installations was very rude. On another occasion I requested an estimate for a fence installation. I finally called a week after I was supposed to have received the fence estimate and I was told it was sent to me which it wasn't. They lost thousands in revenue for that. On another occasion, I had blinds and verticals installed. The Lowes contractor recommend that I not go with alterations that I had paid for so I didn't. Contractor promised he would get in touch with the store so I would receive a refund for the alterations. No refund received so I had to go into the store to get it after a month gone by.
